Biography:

Jason Vaughan is a U.S. Army combat veteran. He is a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) and a Certified ADA Coordinator (ADAC) who has performed more than 300 accessibility evaluations of both public accommodations and government facilities over the last five years. He has conducted accessibility evaluations for small businesses, apartment complexes, property management firms, national retail corporations, and emergency evacuation shelters throughout New York City. He has also performed disabled access evaluations as part of due diligence evaluations for property acquisitions. I attended CASI seminars and training long before being able to join CASI. I joined CASI as one of its first associate members and continued benefited from the seminars and trainings. I have had the privilege of being the secretary of CASI for the past year and will help CASI continue to provide high quality educational seminars and training for CASI members, access professionals and the public.
