JACOBS ENGINEERING, Pasadena, CA.- Design Manager/Project Manager, 2015-Present Responsibilities include Architectural Design management and Project management. As Design Manager I monitored all design activities from user group meeting to milestone submittal packages ensuring compliance with the board approved scoping documents and all local and state building codes and access compliance. As a Project Manager, I was the county of Los Angeles owner representative for the OSHPD projects of the Rancho Los Amigos campus project known as the Jacklyn Perry Institute (JPI) project.

I am the PA/PM for eleven Dignity Health Care facilities in the Pasadena region for the BEIP (Built Environment Improvement Project). Activities include, site assessment walks to evaluate each facility, preparing pricing docs and eventually CD docs for permit. CCA and OAC activities to start in May, 2015 for a Dec. 2016 completion.

Responsibilities include performing inspection services for over 20 ongoing projects at a time. Projects types include: Facility nurse call and fire alarm system replacement projects, department renovations and several Change of Use projects , CVOR upgrades, Anesthesiology space programming and space planning and diagnostic equipment replacement projects. Also reviewed CO, RFI, differed submittals, FREER and other related documents with the AHJ. IOR duties ranged from Start of Work notice to C of O certs.
