To my Fellow CASI Members,
believe in CASI goals and vision, as it is my pleasure to participate in a higher level of commitment towards the organization whose goal is for the betterment of the general public.
I am an NCARB licensed Architect and I have practiced Architecture in the State of California. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industries, focusing on public accommodations, I have encountered multiple scenarios and challenges in addressing our responsibility as design professionals. Being an access specialists, we have a higher level of responsibility to provide awareness of the importance of accessibility in the built-in environment.
I joined CASI because of the common belief and goal in enhancing awareness through different avenues from discussion groups and trainings though facilitations with different government and advocacy organization to promote a common goal. If re-elected as a Secretary, I intend to continue in assisting CASI committee to provide a reliable and valuable resources not only for access professionals but for the general public as well. My goal is to enhance awareness in accessibility by working with the board in collaborating training topics, inviting speakers, coordinating events to enhance the growth and mission of our CASI organization.
