I am a CASp inspector who provides CASp reports and consulting as well as a Design Professional who specializes in redesigning properties and bringing them into compliance. Additionally, I am a CASp contractor that self performs all of the corrections where I can micro-manage the construction to confirm we have a truly compliant project. I personally hold and A license which is an engineering license along with several others including a B general conctracting license, C-8 for install concrete curb ramps, C-12 for demo and asphalt in accessible parking stalls and a C-32 which covers striping for accessiblity and signage. All of my education focuses on one objective, true compliance performed correctly the first time with documentation. This is our mission. We have been performing these tasks successfully for over 35 years.
I have been a license A & B general contractor for 40 years and the last 10 years have been focused on accessibilty for as-built and new construction. Not all contractors are equal and now as a CASp inspector I am able to offier my clients a design & build asspect that other contractors are not able to do. I am able to inspect the property as a CASp inspector, design the accessibility, create and submit plans to the city for a permit, do the construction work. And as an added bonus I am able to work with other CASp inspectors to re-inspect our work offering a CASp re-inspection to our clients.
