The City of Santa Clara wishes to engage a consultant to provide professional services for an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. The general scope of work to be performed by the Consultant includes project management, public outreach and meetings, an ADA Self-Evaluation, physical barrier surveys and reports, inventory database and mapping, ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan reports, City staff training, and on-call ADA support as needed, as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
