Notice of 15-Day Public Comment Period

June 15, 2023 - June 30, 2023

The California Building Standards Commission (CBSC), on its behalf and that of the Division of the State Architect (DSA), is providing notice of code changes intended for the 2022 California Building Standards Code that were the subject of written comments from the initial 45-day public comment period that began on April 21, 2023 and ended on June 5, 2023.

CBSC will accept written comments for at least 15 days, from June 15, 2023, through June 30, 2023. All written comments must be submitted to CBSC no later than 11:59 p.m. (Pacific time) on June 30, 2023.
