As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical oversight of the Certified Access Specialist (CASp) Program
- Conducting regulatory development for the California Building Code accessibility regulations
- Developing, maintaining, and conducting training for the CASp program
- Acting as technical advisor on California’s accessibility regulations specific to public buildings, public accommodations, public housing, and commercial buildings for DSA
- Representing DSA at public outreach events, meetings, and conferences to provide information to stakeholder groups and the public regarding CASp services and State accessibility laws
- Attending project meetings and conducting site visits
